Steve has done a couple mud jacking jobs and does an outstanding job. He is a perfectionist and things have to be just right. Steve is a professional’s professional and is very competent. He has an excellent sense of humor and he keeps in touch with the customer to make sure they are satisfied.

The gentlemen who dug the drain even replanted a boxwood they had to dig up and washed off our entire patio. Your crew was, like last time, very professional and courteous.
We contacted this company because we had water get into our basement. This occurred during a very large rain in the late summer because our house had settled over the years causing the ground to slope toward the foundation instead of away by several inches. Of the bids and suggestions we got to remedy this situation, theirs was the best solution. They removed the excess dirt in the yard that creating the problem and formed a drainage path directing the water away from the house and toward the street. They also built up dirt along the foundation. It took a while for them to schedule the work due to the amount of rain we had in late summer and early fall. They needed the ground to be dry to get the best results. The day they started I received a call asking if I was wanting to save some of the flowers along the foundation. I thought that was very considerate and also speaks to their willingness to please their customers. I had already transplanted all I had planned to save, so I do not know what they would have done had I wanted to save the flowers. The only hiccups in getting this project completed were weather-related. Even though this was out of their control, they kept apologizing and reassuring us that they would get to us as soon as they could. We are quite pleased with the results of their labor and would definitely use them again, though I hope it is never necessary.

Just want to say that I am pleased with the work your company and workers did on fixing my foundation and wing wall. Your field rep. Mike did a good job explaining what they were going to do and how it was going to be done. Also, Cassell, Billy and Chris did a good job of doing their work and explaining things I didn’t quite understand along with working hard to get the job done and doing it right.

In 1978 we had some foundation problems and Grant Renne & Sons came out and fixed our south wall. They did a wonderful job and we have had no problems with that wall. When we found out our north and west walls were bowing in we called them for an estimate. Mark Keys came and explained what we needed to do and what the cost would be. We were very pleased with everything he told us and how well he explained it to us.
I cannot say enough good things about the crew and their work ethic. They were hardworking men with a very pleasant attitude. The job was a messy one with all of the digging, beams being put in etc. but they were very tidy. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the mess. We are so pleased with the wonderful job that they did for us.
Fantastic job from GRS inc. – came highly referred by our roofer. Mark total pro came over in Sept and gave a bid. He actually came back 2 more times to check out other concerns. Never pressured but always gave information to help us do what he thought was best. When we were ready he had an excellent crew come in and get the job done quickly and professionally. A very qualified, friendly group of workers. No time was wasted, they worked quickly, within the time frame they said they would and were expedient in getting the job done. The clean up was excellent and everything came out real good.
I literally had water bubbling up from the basement floor. My basement would go from dry as a bone to water running over the floor into the drain after a hard rain. The worst part was that I could hear the water as it drained. I’ve had several companies come out about my water problem. The solutions ran from grading my yard, installing French drains, digging trenches (to collect water) around the inside basement walls. But the water wasn’t coming in from the walls. Mr. Renne’s solution seemed simple enough – dig up a couple of small areas of the basement floor and install some kind of drain, cover that with rock, then pour a new floor over that section. (It probably wasn’t as simple as it sounds.) BUT IT’S NOW ONE YEAR LATER AND NO BUBBLING – NO WATER. A big thank you to Mr. Renne and crew!!
The job went great. What can I say – I’ve stopped checking my basement after it rains – I know it’s still going to be dry.

On Sunday morning I was working in my garage as the sky darkened. With the first clap of thunder and lightning at 9:25 AM the electricity went off. I sat and watched the deluge until it ended 25 minutes later. My rain gage said 1.20 inches of rain. The drainage pipe put under the deck caught all the runoff from the deck and two roof downspouts and poured into the backyard. By then the water filtered down into the drainage system in my basement with some seepage through the walls. It performed perfectly. The sump pump pit filled up and water kept going through phase two of the drainage system and shot into the backyard. It worked perfectly and for the first time in 18 ½ years, my basement did not have 1 drop of water in it. THANK YOU, very much. Now I can relax when it rains even if the electricity is off.
